The food is not perfect, but the experience is excellent. The good: *The meat is well-seasoned. *Salad bar has a good variety of options like vegetables, fancy cheeses, and even sushi! *All you can eat meat for $30! The Bad: *I've eaten here many times and sometimes the service is bad, and sometimes it's good. Unfortunatley, the servers can take a long time before they bring you your check and you are done eating. I've been sitting there, waiting for my check when the restaurant had a line out the door! The managers don't even notice all the other tables that are also done eating and waiting for their bill. *I wish the meat was more medium-rare. Unfortunatley, this may be because Panamanians prefer steak well-done but I think most of the world prefers medium-rare steaks. *If you really want to be an authentic Brazilian restaurant, please serve BLACK BEANS, FEIJAO, and pao de quejio Overall, very positive experience if you like steaks.
