Spuntino Trattoria tries really hard. But there were too many faults that I couldn't forgive. First off is the location; it's on a one way street and recessed in a strip mall. If you miss the entrance to the strip mall, with only one entrance to the parking area, it's a a bitch to go around to come back. The menu looks great. Nice variety. Not too varied. Started off with the Burrata and a bowl of Minestrone pasta e fagiole. The burrata and the soup were excellent. The plates were cleared but no new clean flatware was brought to us, so when the main dishes came out we had to get forks and knives from an adjacent table. The water served is room temperature but the staff is very attentive to refilling the glasses. The main dishes ordered were spinach and ricotta filled ravioli is an Alfredo sauce and a chicken cutlet Parmigiana. The ravioli was very good, but the chicken had to be sent back because it was severely undercooked, practically raw. As if the cutlet was never thawed. My wife was finished with her ravioli before the replacement chicken parm came out. No apology for the main dish being so poorly cooked. The two glasses of wine we requested with main dishes also were never brought out. Dessert was a bland flan. The server was very nice and but this was a very lousy first impression.

Mi hija escogió este restaurante para celebrar su cumpleaños en familia y quedamos gratamente encantados con la atención, la comida y el nuevo lugar en que se cambiaron Nos recibió el mismo propietario con muchas atenciones y pasamos una bella velada.

Restaurante pequeño pero muy agradable para disfrutar de la comida italiana. La atencion es muy buena y pudimos disfrutar de canelones, raviolis, una generosa sopa de minestrones y pollo a la plancha en en ambiente de camaderia. Con mas tiempo volvere.

Es mi primera vez y de seguro vuelvo. El spaghetti con albondigas estaba muy bueno, el ravioli de espinaca excelente, la pasta frutti di mare fabulosa.

De entrada pedimos un carpaccio de res, rebanado muy fino como debe ser y con muy buen sabor, el pan de la casa tostado y esponjoso casi pedimos más, el atún si nos pareció normal, la pasta artesanal muy buena, volvería a pedir esta pasta sin duda, de postre pedimos la pizza de nutella, la masa con crujiente con un sabor que la diferencia de otras masas comunes, lo que si recomendaría es colocar frutas rebanadas como por ejemplo fresas, seria el toque final para que sea espectacular.
