Salvaje (Costa del Este)

This is one of the most interesting restaurants in Panama. The cuisine is Japanese. The food is excellent and very innovative. unfortunately, it it the kind of restaurant where you tend to order a number of different dishes and the resulting bill tends to get very expensive. Every half hour or so there is a brief “show” of dancing. I have been here before and will return for a special treat.

Interesting restaurant. Setting is beautiful and very energetic. Not good for a quiet dinner. Best to order several dishes for the table to share. The food was exotic but interesting. Periodically 3 girls interrupt dinner and dance. Overall, it was pretty entertaining. The dishes are relatively expensive, especially the wine list. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and would return for a special occassion.

Empezando con la atención de los saloneros siempre atentos al cliente y cada vez que llegue un plato a tu mesa, te explicarán a detalle lo que estas a punto de degustar. Goza de un ambiente tranquilo para estar con amigos y familia y no puedo dejar pasar el show de la noche. En cuanto a la comida tienen un menú a la carta para todos los gustos. En lo personal siempre opto por carnes por temas de alergia, pero por parte de mis acompañantes disfrutaron mucho la variedad de Sushi con la que cuentan e incluso de sus mariscos.

Buen menú, ambiente y servicio. Precio vs beneficio bastante justo. Los cocktails fueron increíbles. El servicio al inicio fue bastante bueno, para el final estuvo flojo.
