Hermoso restaurante de lujo, su comida es deliciosa, el servicio impecable, los precios valen lo que consumes, ambiente exclusivo y divino.

Makoto is a true gem in Panama. During this visit we had a few mishaps: first the wagyu sticks were over cooked. Second, the waiter misheard our order and brought a second dish that we didn’t order... he kept claiming that he heard 2 when we only ordered 1. And lastly, we had an issue with the chicken dumplings with trufa. We ordered them and asked if it came with trufa, the waiter confirmed and brought shaved trufa without letting us know that there’s an extra charge for it. When the bill came we were shocked to see $30 just for trufa, when we questioned it... they claimed we ordered it aside when we had only asked if it came with it. While the waiter did remove this charge, it reminded me that whichever restaurant we visit.. we have to always be vigilant in checking the bill twice!

I have always been a fan of Makoto delivery. I love their bento boxes and the proportions. Today I was thoroughly looking forward to it.. as the last time I ordered the sashimi bento box it even came with an ice pack to keep the sashimi fresh and cool. I was highly disappointed with the the size of the pieces of sashimi... they were really tiny. And on top of that... they packed it in a bad way that half the miso soup fell. I showed the guy he dropped it off and he didn't seem to care much. Hope they can go back to what they were doing before...

Uno de los mejores, si no el mejor restaurant Japones de Panamá. Buen ambiente tanto para el almuerzo y mejor aún la cena

Sigue siendo el mejor restaurante de comida japonesa en Panamá. Probé los makoto tacos y estaban excelentes. Otro plato muy bueno fue el sashimi de Toro.
