Palacio Lung Fung

Sencillamente la mejor comida china de Panamá. Vale la pena cada minuto que disfrutas en este restaurante. No deje de probar sus fantásticas Costillas de entrada. De ahí en adelante puede comer lo que quiera, no se va a equivocar.

Going to Lung Fung for a dim sum breakfast in a Sunday morning is like to be teletransported to any joint in Beijing o Shanghai. The place is more than one of those fake Chinese that you may found around the world. Besides the decoration may be a bit redundant, and that we were over for breakfast and not for lunch, the impression we got is that Lung Fung is a popular favourite of the Panamanian Chinese community and that is always an extra point for a restaurant of this kind. We were invited to sit in the second floor, more fancy styled, when a quick look to the upper level gave us the impression that we should come up for our dim sum. Room was full and many trolleys where around the tables offering a wide selections of delightful bites of all types. From Chinese style cooked tripes to the traditional dumplings, a super nice grilled turnip and that delicious and heartwarming green tea made our morning in Lung Fung a beautiful experience that will be repeated.

Hace unas tres semanas lo visite junto a mi familia, fue un domingo casi a la 1:30pm y a pesar de que estaba algo lleno, nos atendieron super bien. No demoramos en conseguir mesa (eramos 10 personas) y todo llego en orden, buena presentación y atencion. Pedimos varios platos para degustar y todos estuvieron muy buenos, incluyendo platos del delicioso dim sum que sirven allí.

Un buen lugar para comer una buena comida china, me gusta mucho el desayuno de ahí.

Porque cuando es bueno también hay que calificarlo así sea un clásico de la cocina China! Son los máximo en Dim Sum!
