Café Unido (Multiplaza Mall)

Comida diferente y buena. Servicio muy lento y sin atención. Buen ambiente. Quinoa bowl, waffle nutella y wrap ranchero recomendado.

espresso, 2 cups, 12 min to get the cups from asking at the bar… I’ve earlier had very good espresso here, and I know that unido makes very good roasts. so we decided to take our “after dinner” coffee here, due to past experiences. the brew in the cup was under extracted, bitter with astringent flavors that was just very unpleasant. would this have bothered me if I’ve ordered an espresso in e.g. brutitus? no.. because thats not really what they do there - and you get a normal dark roast that’s really difficult to go wrong with. but unido is doing coffee for a living, and todays experience was down right bad. consistency needs to improve, perhaps get a barista that’s interested in coffee would help?

... good and healthy choice in the shopping mall. Small and cozy place (a bit cold sometimes) with a goos menu for lunch ... really convenient!

Un excelente ambiente para tomar café en Panamá, algo menos mainstream que Starbucks y con un toque panameño que hace que Starbucks no le llegue a los talones. La comida es muy buena, especifícame el wassant. Muy buen lugar para desayuno y pasar un tiempo en familia, en pareja o hacer algún trabajo en computadora. Es pet friendly!
