Café Unido (Multiplaza Mall)

espresso, 2 cups, 12 min to get the cups from asking at the bar… I’ve earlier had very good espresso here, and I know that unido makes very good roasts. so we decided to take our “after dinner” coffee here, due to past experiences. the brew in the cup was under extracted, bitter with astringent flavors that was just very unpleasant. would this have bothered me if I’ve ordered an espresso in e.g. brutitus? no.. because thats not really what they do there - and you get a normal dark roast that’s really difficult to go wrong with. but unido is doing coffee for a living, and todays experience was down right bad. consistency needs to improve, perhaps get a barista that’s interested in coffee would help?

Para esta visita comi el Sandwich Cubano, muy bueno, es para repetir. Con respecto al servicio, son muy amables pero a veces un poco lentos... el ambiente super

mi lugar favorito para tomarme un buen pour over. excelente ambiente para sentarse con amigos mientras disfruto del café, Me encanta.

Huevos al sartén, hamburguesa y los frapes son muy buenos, el servicio no fue tanto pero el ambiente no está nada mal

Buen servicio, bastante rápida la atención, el sabor de filete un poco fuertemente ha de ser la condimentacion pero por lo demás bien
