Café Unido (Multiplaza Mall)

El mejor lugar para tomar un café y pedir algo para merendar a media tarde. Fuimos un grupo de mujeres a pasar un momento agradable y la comida y ambiente son siempre la clave. Particularmente pedí un capuccino, un derretido de pepperoni con mozzarella y por último un waffle de fresas con chocolate para compartir.

Comida diferente y buena. Servicio muy lento y sin atención. Buen ambiente. Quinoa bowl, waffle nutella y wrap ranchero recomendado.

espresso, 2 cups, 12 min to get the cups from asking at the bar… I’ve earlier had very good espresso here, and I know that unido makes very good roasts. so we decided to take our “after dinner” coffee here, due to past experiences. the brew in the cup was under extracted, bitter with astringent flavors that was just very unpleasant. would this have bothered me if I’ve ordered an espresso in e.g. brutitus? no.. because thats not really what they do there - and you get a normal dark roast that’s really difficult to go wrong with. but unido is doing coffee for a living, and todays experience was down right bad. consistency needs to improve, perhaps get a barista that’s interested in coffee would help?
