A very sophisticated interior design, which allows ample room between tables, and glass walls which offer varying views, including the kitchen staff in action. The imaginative menu marries some unusual ingredients for happy taste treats. Our favorite dishes were the tuna tacos and the rich mac and cheese with lobster. The wait staff appear to be well schooled in accommodating their diner's needs. Our one fault is the low light level which makes it difficult to read their menu. I trust this will be corrected soon. In all, Brutto is a stunning addition to the Panama City dining-out scene.

He ido en varias ocasiones y no me ha decepcionado. La ubicación en un edificio moderno al lado de los Años Locos es excelente con servicio de Valet y la anfitriona te recibe amablemente. La comida bien ejecutada, como era un grupo numeroso pedimos casi de todo, donde podemos destacar los tacos de tuna y los Mac&cheese de langosta. La entraña con yuca al carbón, muy escasa de carne y una yuca carbonizada que es incomible desde mi punto de vista. todas las comidas son porciones pequeñas y si quieres compartir quedarás pidiendo otra porción, para quedar satisfecho. Buena carta de vino y bebidas bien ejecutadas, atención amable aunque puede ser mejor. Los precios altos para el tamaño de las porciones, pero la experiencia en su conjunto vale la pena. La cuenta la pedimos separada y le brindamos apoyo al personal para agilizar, ya que se les complicaba un poco, pero se logró dividir la cuenta en 6 partes. Mis amigos quedaron contentos y yo he regresado en varias ocasiones, de manera que no se lo pierdan.

El ambiente es excelente, con una terraza muy amplia. El servicio, tienen bastante personal, adiestrado, muy amables. Tienen un amplio menú. Me encantan sus entradas. Los platos principales con muchas opciones. Los postres que he probado, están ok, pero no a la par de el resto del menú. En general, es muy bueno

This restaurant is one of the best in PAnama and rates at the top of my list which covers major cities in approximately 31 different countries I have visited - the reasons are very simply - The Service is excellent - very professional, attentive and friendly with a large contingent being non - Panamanian as you would expect - once when I talked to President Martinelli it was his opinion that Panamanians did not excel in the hospitality service industry. And he was right! The Ambience I love the relaxed style of the restaurant and the variations in the forms of accommodation. You feel great when you enter all the way to when you collect your car to leave. When will they finish the hanging garden, it's not quite done yet. Cocktails are great sitting at the bar tidying up your mails before your guests arrive, late as usual! The Food it's the best - fresh - hot or cold - the innovativeness of the 40 + small entrada dishes never allows you to move onto the main dishes - to eat with friends to each order and share three smalll dishes gives you a meal fit for royalty - the variation in flavours and style of the dishes is unparalleled and my hat goes off to the Chef.. Part of the greatness of Brutto gives one drawback - sometimes it's hard to get a table - but the waiting has it's just rewards - a superb restaurant without a doubt.

Excelente ambiente y el restaurante es muy bonito. La comida es muy buena. El precio es un poco elevado, pero creo que overall, la experiencia lo amerita.
