Azafrán

Tenía inquietud por ir a este lugar. Es un Chalet, elegante, concurrido y con ambiente. Me encanto cada uno de los platos, muy bien elaborados, muy deliciosos y la atención del joven Gilberto fue excelente. Lo recomiendo para ir en familia, amigos o pareja. Tienen valet parking.

Los sabores y combinaciones riquísimas, la atención bastante buena. El ambiente es agradable, aunque nada elaborado. No había podido contactarme por teléfono, y traté por instagram, y la atención de la red bastante pro activa. Regresaré.

The food was great and the service was also very good. At the end of our meal, the chef came to the tables to ask if everything was Ok. The place, however, felt like a big house with lots of hallways. I couldn't get an appreciation of the place because our table was right at the entrance (lobby) and there were walls dividing this section from others in the restaurant. I felt like eating in a hallway because the lobby was narrow and the ceilings were too high. Although it looked like a house and they were many small compartments, it did not feel cozy. It is too bad that this wasn't a remarkable experience due to the ambiance.

Vamos al grano!! Entrada pulpo al carbón, presentado de una manera diferente, en lascas; delicioso!!! No quería q se acabara. Plato fuerte cochinillo a la chiricana MAGISTRAL, el chicharrón de superficie crocante pero suave al mismo tiempo, la carne Tan suave como el culi...de un bebé. De postre helado con ganache de chocolate (ni se imaginan como es) todo acompañado de sangría.. bueno en resumen no es barato pero ese gusto hay que dárselo YO LO VALGO . Volveré ✌🏻

Finalmente fui a probar la exquisita comida que tanto había escuchado de este lugar. Un sitio excelente con increíbles recomendaciones del chef Alain. Las entradas son de otro mundo y su famoso pan de la casa es tan rico como lo pintan. Divina experiencia !!
