Excelente pastelería, con panes, postres y emparedados magníficamente logrados. Personal muy atento, que recuerda a los clientes frecuentes (algo que hace falta en muchos lugares en Panamá!). Recomiendo las barras de limón y el angel food cake. También son exquisitas las empanadas, y estas se agotan rápidamente! Definitivamente que la calidad de lo que consumes amerita su costo, además de que la formación de las chefs en el Culinary Institute of America, es garantía de que no estás tratando con aficionados. Hacía falta una pastelería así en la ciudad.

Excelente!, todo muy fresco, con una variada oferta de nuevos dulces. Definitivamente uno de los mejores lugares para comer un postre en Panamá. Recomiendo especialmente el 3 leches y el flourless chocolate cake... Mi única critica es que si bien servir los platos con una mini cucharilla de café es un detalle en la presentación, hace un poco incomodo comer el postre, sugiero tengan cucharas de postre a solicitud del cliente. Excelente atencion!

Por fin ya no hay que ir a "Crumbs" para comer un delicioso cupcake de RED VELVET. Me encanto el lugar.

This is exactly what you would expect from a quality cafe...great food, very good attention to service and a very nice relaxed environment within which to savour the food and make time spent there a pleasure. We ordered a Cuban sandwich, some deserts and drinks. For the first time EVER in Panama I asked for a cold coffee (not blended) and they knew exactly what I wanted without me having to explain. It was very good, and to illustrate their attention to detail, they gave me a little vase (with stopper) of sugar syrup to put in it if I wanted sugar (as granules obviously wouldn't melt). That's such a small thing...but its an evolutionary leap forwards in quality of service in my book. The sandwich was great. Panini-style, on nice white bread...not too small...not too big...ham, chicken, beef, mozarella and mustard. Very tasty. The deserts/patisseries are beautifully prepared...very small...but with looks and taste on par with something you'd find in a Parisien cafe. The carrot cake was not our favourite (just didn't have the moistness and heaviness that I personally would look for...and also you couldn't see any shredded carrot in it, but I'm sure it was there). Best honours went to the bread pudding. Very heavy with subtle flavours and a delicious amount of custard/egg at the bottom. Yum! Prices are not cheap here, but what you pay more than justifies for the quality received in all aspects.
