The Wallace

Pensé que sería más tipo bar, pero es un restaurante para ir en familia o tener una comida tranquila. Los fish & chips ricos, el cóctel de gin azul, delicioso, ni dulce ni ácido, pero lo mejor del lugar es el servicio.

En temas de precio, calidad y ambiente The Wallace no tiene competencia. Todo lo que pedí estaba fresco, buenas porciones, super rapido (no estaba muy lleno) y la excelente atención del personal. Lo que se robo el show para mi fueron las alitas, que me atrevo a decir han sido la mejores que he probado este año y el blue cheese que las acompaña 10/10. También pedimos el Cottage Pie y las papas al curry todo esta delicioso, ya quiero volver! muy recomendado

Probamos la hamburguesa de Burger Week. está buena pero creo que me gusta la regular de ellos. Buenas papas fritas. Buena música y ambiente como siempre.

Un gasto pub muy bueno, quizás el mejor en Panamá. La comida es muy buena en sabor y calidad, siendo un pub estilo Inglés no se puede esperar platos gourmet, pero lo que hacen lo hacen muy bien. Si quieres una hamburguesa, fish and chips, alitas, pasarla bien en un ambiente muy único con bebidas bien preparadas y una servicio que te permite dedicar tu atención a tu compañía y no estar correteando al salonero, este es un lugar donde la vas a pasar muy bien. Mi unica queja, cada vez se llena más este lugar, la última vez que fuí me sentí un poco apretado en espacio. Quizás fue la mesa que me tocó, pero deberían considerar o expandir o abrir una segunda ubicación (esto es más fácil dicho que hecho pero te habla de la demanda que tiene este lugar).

A place to hangout with friends or with a date, the dishes are big, we try the bristish classic fish and chips and it was super crunchy, I totally love it, and the potatoes were the best I have ever tried, hand made cooked not like the regular French fries you get in any old restaurant. We order the sausage sliders and the scotch eggs, normally I would have a fav dish of the meal but this time I had to many winners even my daughter couldn’t decided, they were all so good. The cuisine style is Scotch, you can feel the heritage in the restaurant vibe. The Glasgow Mule cocktail was excellent between sweet and ginger spicy and balance with the alcohol, my friend order a British beers , a Belhaven light ale with smooth tastes. Prices are average for this type of restaurant , you can spend between $15-$20 for a drink and a dish. The music was classic and contemporary Rock all the way so i enjoyed a lot. Extra point the have free internet WiFi and the restrooms were cute. The service was spectacular you feel like having a butler kind of a experience. By the way I wouldn’t recommend it for going with kids, I believe it’s more an adults Type of place but the have a kids menu and a desserts. You can order a sticky toffee pudding with hand made vanilla ice cream, we were goodly surprise because the toffee was hard rock like other I liked the soft and moister texture. To me best place to eat scotch and British food in Panama. One place stop for locals like me to love to experience international cuisine.
