Muy deliciosos y originales los platillos, especialmente los patieburguers. Excelente atención de Amed y Claudia. Muy atentos y agradables. Lo recomendamos.

This is one of my favorite brunch places in Panamá. It brings a European sophisticated feel in both the ambiance and food choice and quality. It doesn't try and overwhelm you with food choices, more isn't always better. However what they do provide is of good quality. The dairy for instance is the best I have tasted in Panamá. Try the yogurts. The service is good, most speak good English also. Price is high for Panamá, so it's a once in a while thing for me.

Fui a desayunar al Bristol por trabajo. Realmente muy agradable. Tienen unos sofas que generan un ambiente mas distendido y donde puedes desayunar. Las opciones para el desayuno fueron buenas, desde frutas a salmon ahumado. El cafe, rico. El ambiente, con muy buena decoracion. El servicio muy lento y poco pendiente.

El arroz con leche es una delicia, completamente diferente al tradicional y la combinación de sabores es exquisito. Toda la comida es muy buena.

They have a new chef and the meals we had last night were incredible. All of us had unique, delicious dishes, beautifully prepared and excellent service. The Duck Magret was amazing. If you haven't been in awhile, returning is a must. This is now my most favorite place to dine in the city.
