Patagonia now offers imported grass fed beef. Only 2 steaks for now but its a good start. I tried their grass fed 12 once rib eye, and it was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The service is spectacular as always. In my opinion, Patagonia is the best place for steak in Panama.

Patagonia Grill never disappoints! My go to steak is the filete nacional, since it is the healthiest, due to it being grass fed. I order it as one large trozo and it come out juicy and tender. The ensalada campestre is my low carb side dish. The service is perfect.

No better place for steak in Panama. I have been there more than 10 times now and I have never left hungry or unsatisfied with all the food i ate. My go to steak is the filete nacional with a side order of the Ensalada Campestre. On days where carbs are needed, the grilled loaf of bread and the baked potato are worth the insulin spike.

This visit to Patagonia Grill may have been the best so far. I started off with the Ensalada de bocconcini, albahaca, tomate y aceitunas kalamatas and paired with the crusty charred bread was fantastic. Then for the main course, i requested a slight variation on the menu; I requested the Filete Nacional, but instead of the butterfly cut, I requested the Fillet be brought out as a small log. This came out exquisitely perfect! The seared crust of the fillet was slightly salty but when I added the Chimichurri it balanced out. The baked potato as my side was light and delicious. So far Patagonia has never struck out.... This time it was a grand slam!

The service was excellent. Waiters were very attentive. The two round loaves of bread were served hot and with a bit of a char from the wood oven that made it even better. The 16 oz Delmonico was cooked perfectly to medium rare. The skirt steak was also done very well. The Medallones de Filete in the pepper sauce was also very good. The two fish entrees that were ordered in my party were also quite tasty. The side dish that was ordered was the ensalada campestre, grilled onions, tomatoes, and peppers which were quite nice. I look forward to going back.
