Patagonia

I can't believe it but I was disappointed with Patagonia. The plating of the portobello a la caprese was miserable. Not only was it plated miserably but there was nothing that made it appetizing or worthy of ever repeating. The Ribeye steak of 16 ounces seriously was undercooked.... And was very tough. I have had so much better in previous visits.

In my humble opinion Patagonia is the best Argentinean Steak House on Panama City. The service is always on point and the food never fails.

Last night a group of 10 of us went to Patagonia for a birthday celebration. It was a great choice. The table we sat at was not so long that all of us couldn't participate in the table's conversation. There were a few Patagonia "virgins" that thoroughly enjoyed their meals. My go to is the Filete Nacional en trozo. It was cooked as i like it, medium rare. There is no going wrong at Patagonia...

Patagonia is the best place in the city for steak. The filete Nacional is always grilled to my liking. The service is very attentive. The only thing is if it is crowded as it often is, the noise level can be a bit loud.

I keep going back to Patagonia Grill because i have never been disappointed, only pleased by an excellent meal. From the grilled bread, to the fantastic and tender steaks, and simple side dishes, Patagonia delivers. The 20oz Delmonico really hit the spot. Truly one of best steak houses in Panama.
