I am totally surprised of the work of this young Panamanian chef, Mario Castrellón. All the gastronomic influences that I tasted in his house looked to me like the real avant-garde of the gastronomic movement in Panamá. Far beyond many of the restaurants here, service is more than correct and decoration of the place embraces and invites you to stay and to come back. Nice to find was the aromatic herbs garden that shows, from the entrance, the real commitment of the chef with his cuisine. As a high end restaurant, we were awarded that prices could be a bit up. If they were it is okey due to the quality of the food, imagination and creativity showed. All of the dishes were at the level point that we expected. Memorable was the black rice stuffed squid and an octopuss that was tender and juicy as we didn´t had yet in the city. My congratulations to the chef. I will recommend the place, no doubt.

Muy muy buena la comida, muy bueno el servicio aunque un poco distraidos, parece haber mucha gente para el numero de camareros, la ubicacion esta perfecta para el parking. Volveria con seguridad.

En esta ocasion fuimos a almorzar, todo muy bien, fabuloso el carpaccio de entrañas y los patacones con ceviche frito. Los platos no demoraron mucho y cuentan con una buena seleccion de vinos.
