Maagoo’s Fish Tacos

Fuimos a conocer el local. Todo bien limpio por dentro, manteniendo el distanciamiento entre las mesas. El menú no es extenso, pero los sabores muy buenos. Me gustó la sopa de pescado y el sabor ahumado en los nachos de pollo. Regresaré!

I have to be honest, I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the food at Magoo's this time. The tortilla chips served with the smoked fish dip were fried in an oil that was either rancid or very close to being rancid. The taste was off. The dip was good but overall it couldn't make up for the chips. The smoked tuna and dorado fish tacos were also quite blah. The fish was barely decernable and both types of fish had no seasoning at all. The taco's tortillas were not soft or hard.... As if the tortillas were frozen then deep fried to thaw but went a bit too far. And those tortillas also had the off putting taste of old reused oil. Very different to my previous experiences there. The prices are ridiculously high now and sadly because of the bad food experience and the elevated prices, I can't see myself going back.

The Tacos are great! The service is spectacular. I absolutely love the smoked fish dip. I buy extra to bring home

Very laid back casual dining. Fish is king here. The fish tacos were excellent. The star for me was the smoked fish dip. It was the true winner if the meal. Yellow fin tuna was the fish on the grill for the tacos last night. Looking forward to going back.

Este lugar es perfecto para una reunión entre amigos súper descomplicada pero con ganas de comer pescado fresco de diferentes formas. La comida es deliciosa, la atención es un poco lenta pero valió la pena la espera. Recomendado!
