Horrible service! When the service is bad and the food is bad we make sure to not go back. The food was okay, but the service was horrible. A party of six in the late afternoon hoping to have an enjoyable evening with wonderful views. The views were excellent. We ordered 5 dinners and an appetizer as an entrée. We were immediately warned that the appetizer would take a long time to arrive. We were surprised to learn also that there were no local beers or any typical liquors except for Ron Abuelo. After about an hour the appetizer arrived and within a few more minutes four of the five meals arrived. One of the meals that did not make it was a fish dish similar to one that had made it to the table. I made a comment that we were missing one meal and were told that it was on the way. After several minutes our friend insisted we start eating before our food gets too cold. We were about a third of the way through our meals and I asked the staffer who was in charge of our table to please check on the missing meal because I was afraid that my friend would not get his meal before we were finished, we were again assured that the meal was on its way. After an hour and half we had all finished and still waited on the meal. We asked to speak to a "higher" authority and were assured he would be there soon. Fifteen minutes later said authority arrived to ask what he could help with and we complained that the meal had been forgotten or lost and were assured it would be right out. After two hours we asked to cancel the meal and almost immediately it was delivered to the table. The night that we were hoping to celebrate with family that just arrived into the country was less than enjoyable. I do not wish this experience on anyone else. There are many other places in Casco Viejo. Try anywhere else.
