El Santuario (Hotel La Compañía)

El lugar muy bonito que mantiene bien conservador la arquitectura del casco antiguo de Panamá, la atención no fue mala ni muy buena ya que se veía algo perdido y literalmente tuvimos que buscar donde sentarnos casi, comida buena pero muy poca para el costo, y buen latte de matcha 10/10. El lugar tiene un ambiente muy agradable y cuidado, ideal para pasar un buen rato. La comida está bien, aunque no destaca demasiado, y el servicio es correcto, pero podría ser un poco más atento. En general, es un sitio bonito donde se disfruta más por el entorno que por la experiencia gastronómica.

Lugar con buen ambiente, buena comida y bebidas. Mi entrada favorita es el ceviche de róbalo. Les recomiendo primero, visitar el lugar de día para darse un tour por los alrededores y encontrar el museo interno del Hotel abierto, luego, visitarlo de noche para tener buena vista de la luna.

We love this restaurant and visit it often. The food is absolutely outstanding, and the chefs deserve the highest praise for the quality and consistency of their cooking. Every time we come, we are impressed by how delicious everything is. The only point that could be improved is the service. Recently we visited with a larger group of friends who were in Panama for about ten days and had been visiting many different restaurants. Unfortunately, the service at El Santuario surprised them in a negative way. Our server that day did not seem very welcoming — he never smiled and came across as rather unfriendly, which made our guests feel a bit uncomfortable, almost as if we were disturbing him. Since we had recommended the restaurant so highly to our friends, this was disappointing for us. Our friends even mentioned that this was the worst service they experienced in Panama during their 10-day visit. That said, we will continue coming here because we genuinely love the food and the restaurant itself. We know many restaurants in the city, and this one has always been one of our favorites when it comes to food, even if the service has room for improvement. We simply hope the management might consider improving the way the staff interact with guests, because warmer and more attentive service would make the experience truly perfect.

Muy buena sorpresa, la comida excelente y muy buen servicio. Además de la buena comida es lugar es muy acogedor y lleno de historia. Altamente recomendado. los langostinos con tamal de olla, las carimañolas de pato y todos los postres estuvieron excelentes

Excelente lugar, la buena atención es lo que prevalece aquí, desde que entras hasta que te vas; personal muy amable; la comida súper rica.
