Mi primera visita a este restaurante, la bienvenida es super grata y la atención muy buena. Nos dieron algunas recomendaciones de rolls y alguna bebidas. La experiencia es muy buena para una cita formal.

Dejen el sushi lomo acevichado... lo amo! Me encanta su comida, servicio y ambiente. Todo es delicioso, siempre regreso por mi sushi de lomo acervichado.

El restaurante tiene un ambiente algo oscuro, le falta un poco de luz. El servicio me pareció excesivamente “pushy” a tratar de incrementar el consumo. Los platos no fueron malos pero está lejos del nivel de otros restaurantes nikkei de Panama.

Excelente experiencia en Efímero, una atención insuperable con muy buen ambiente con DJ en vivo. La comida muy rica, probamos las Coletillas de Pargo, estaba super fresco, y acompañado de un delicioso rissotto de champiñones. De seguro volveremos!

Efimero lives up to its name (which translates to "ephemeral" in Spanish) by offering a truly fleeting culinary experience. The ambiance is modern and chic, but also warm and inviting. The staff's attentiveness further elevates the experience. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly and I was able to interact with many of them on my first visit here. But the true star of the show is the sushi. The freshness was undeniable. Each piece melted in my mouth, a testament to the high-quality ingredients. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft. Whether you're a seasoned sushi aficionado or a curious newcomer, Efimero is a must-try.
