Excelente la ensalada de higo, la pasta con almeja y langostino en aceite de oliva muy rica, la recomendación del vino excelente.

Les recomiendo dos platos que son incomparables el cordero y el espagueti con almejas y langostinos.

An old favourite of mine, and one which did not fail to deliver a memorable experience. Went here for the monthly tasting menu dinner with wine pairings and everything was outstanding!

Let me start by saying that this is still one of if not the best restaurant in Panama and still definitely my favourite Italian and favourite restaurant. We sat down for a $100 set menu wine tasting lunch and basically had our socks blown off. Highlights for me were the exquisite pumpkin ravioli with a panceta and cheese sauce and the wine pairings. The parmesan cheese, as ever, was incredibly good. We also had some great short beef ribs on mashed potato...amazing large mussels with a spicy tomato and onion sauce...and a simple but great desert of spicy warm fruit compote with ice cream. Outstanding service as always and thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks.

I still think this is the best Italian food in Panama having been several times now over the last few months. Recently had an amazing "blow out" 3 course meal and everything was perfection. Great antipasto (parmesan cheese and prosciutto), great pasta, great dessert (tirimisu) and great wine pairings. Very knowledgeable staff, excellent service and a seriously good dining experience with a serious rather than fun atmosphere. I will keep coming back.
