Now that its bigger competitor has arrrived, it's not overly crowded. the good - non pretentious friendly service (unlike its bigger competitor) - cleeeean bathrooms - milk, syrups and water at the service counters -nice tea and pastry options the bad - loud noise (it seems the walls bounce off noise fairly wel) - glass doors - always seem to be broken (at least one)
