Sugoi (El Cangrejo)

No decepciona, el barco de sushi y los rollos especiales muy buenos, el weed sigue siendo un favorito, las gyosas y las croquetas un acierto para compartir. Interesantes promociones por día, me sorprendió que tienenbastante clientela, aun asi el servicio es eficiente. Disfruto siempre del saque caliente, pero esta vez probamos unos cocteles en promoción muy ricos y refrescantes que todos repetimos mojitos, con frutos rojos y hierva buena, les agregaría un toque de soda simple de burbujas y unos trocitos de frutos rojos 😉

Un buen lugar para platicar con los amigos y compartir las variedades de sushi que ofrece el menú. El sushi dragon rolls muy ricos, las gyosas y el tartar de atún. El sake caliente es un buen acompañamiento. Los platos también son ricos con buenas porciones. El helado frito interesante un poco gruesa la capa. Buen servicio y decoración moderna.

Ya he visitado varias veces el lugar (siempre voy por la calidad del servicio y la comida) comí mi roll tradicional una sopita y los langostinos tempura, todo demasiado rico! Me obsequiaron el postre que fue unas bananas tempurizadas con helado de vainilla y estaban 😋👌

La atención es excelente! Y la comida muy buena, lo único malo es q se te acercan muchos vendedores ambulantes cuando te sientas en el área de la terraza

I have mixed feelings toward this restaurant. I will definitely not go back. For people who will like to try it, stick with the rolls and seafood. I made a reservation for 7 people several days in advance on Degusta. When we arrived, they did not have our reservation and did not have a table set for 7. Fortunately, the restaurant was empty and the waiter was quick to set up a table for us. We ordered Gyosas, Nagasaki and Cebiche Deluxe as starters. The Gyosas and the Nagasaki were very good, but the Cebiche was just Ok. For the main course, most of us ordered Thai food. Except for the Humedo Tailandes (seabass), the other Thai dishes did not had the Thai flavor. Meat and chicken were overcooked. The noodles in the Pad Thai were way too saggy, the Chicken in Peanut Sauce was hard and dry. The Khao Pad tasted like overcooked leftover fried rice. The Yakimeshi Mixto was way too salty. I ordered the Spicy Tuna Cone, but the waiter did not hear me saying "cone", so he ordered a Spicy Tuna roll instead. When I told him about the misunderstanding, he confronted me pointing out that I said "Spicy Tuna" (of course I said spicy tuna, but it was a cone instead of a roll). After arguing for a while, he took the rolls away but kept his position that I was wrong (a NO NO for customer service). The friend who ordered the Khao Pad couldn't eat much because of how bad it was. The supervisor noticed that and asked if everything was alright. After listening to my friend's explanation, he decided to change her meal (a good point for customer service). My friend asked for a roll instead, given that most of us did not like the dishes. The roll was tasty. That same supervisor asked the rest of us if everything was alright. I told him that the dishes did not taste Thai and the meat and chicken were overcooked. Another friend told him that the carrot garnish had a rotten flavor. When the bill arrived, there was no special discount and the 10% of service was already included. Other than incident with our reservation and the argument I had with the waiter, the service was overall attentive. None of my friends will go back to this restaurant, but the rolls were good. As I said, if you want to try this restaurant, stick with the rolls and seafood. Make sure the waiter takes your order properly because the customer is presumed guilty in this restaurant.
