Sugoi (El Cangrejo)

I ordered the Monday lunch special and it was all very good. The service was excellent. I would go back.

Lo que no me agrado del restaurante fue el servicio. Esperamos mucho por el valet parking que nunca llego. En si el trato por el salonero no fue el mejor

This is the best sushi restaurant in Panama City and I have been to ALL of them. Everything on the menu is excellent. The "hotel" restaurants have better service but the fish is old. Tsugoi has fresh fish beautifully prepared and at moderate prices. The menu is a little difficult to read because it is black and the text is small. The owner says he will change that. They have valet parking which is a requirement in the city. They have a Lemon Pie which is like "Key Lime Piei" and it alone is worth the visit.

Muy buen ambiente, de tardes la terraza es mejor, fui a almorzar y estaba súper delicioso todo. Una rica limonada. Ojo mi acompañante pidió un Daykiri de Maracuyá y estaba algo insípido sin sabor. Los rolls delicioso.

When I enter a restaurant I review my total experience and ask: Why would I want to return. My answer here is I do not want to return. Food is excellent. Had an Executive Lunch and a Philadelphia roll. Executive Lunch was beef kebab with soup and macaroni. Excellent. The Philadelphia roll was also excellent. However, arrived 5 minutes before 12:00 Noon and told too early - no valet parking until Noon. No place to wait. Typically Panamanian but a big turn off to Americans. Waiter was very good - but only one of him. Kitchen sent one meal out 10 minutes before the other meals. One check had to be returned for the Jubilado discount. So while food is excellent the idea is to have a good meal, good service and relax. This is for me not it..
