Segundo Muelle (San Francisco)

Excelente restaurante, pedimos una pankita de pulpo que nos dijeron lo habian retirado del menú, sin embargo el chef accedio a hacerlo....super rico!!! Eso es servicio!!!! Una jalea deliciosa....buen ambiente, agradable, nos gustó mucho.

Fuimos para aprovechar la oferta en Degusta. El lugar acogedor, buena atención, vallet parking; sin embargo, la comida espera más pues había escuchado excelentes comentarios de este restaurante, fue una buena cena pero no magnífica sobre todo a juzgar por el precio del lugar.

Me gustó bastante el ceviche, todo super fresco. Los piscos también muy buenos y la atención bastante amable. Me sorprendió que en los baños tienen listerine jaja super bueno en una date jaja recomendado.

Night out with the wife - we felt for a good seafood meal but from either a new place or somewhere we haven't been to in some time. Hence our decision to check out a place we haven't been to in a few years - Segundo Muelle. We arrived at 8pm with no reservation (on the spot decision) and they accommodated us with a selection of 3 tables to chose from. We chose a table for 2 on the right hand corner of the restaurant - cozy location that allowed for a bit more intimate setting. Service was prompt and courteous - their menu continues to be a delightful selection of Peruvian cuisine that made us take our time to make our selections. For the starter, we chose the Ceviche Segundo Muelle - very fresh mix of corvina, lagostinos, pulpo in a light white sauce. A great way to wet the palate! She ordered the Pescado a lo Macho - a fish mix in a classic Peruvian yellow sauce served with white rice - very fresh and flavorful, blends well with a Chardonnay. I had the Chupe de Lagostinos - a classic Peruvian Prawn soup - excellent flavor with a good count of prawns with a fried egg sitting on top. Loved it and would have it again. We topped off the meal with a Crocante de Manzana - essentially an open Crunchy Apple pie - which tasted like the apples were just picked from the farm. Good mix of tart and sweet that made for a fitting end to the evening. Overall, this is a top notch restaurant that typically requires a reservation to ensure you can get a table. We highly recommend this place for you seafood and Peruvian dishes seekers.

Es definitivamente unos de mis restaurantes favoritos debido a la gran variedad de su menú propio de la gastronomía peruana. No obstante, la atención de sus saloneros y el gerente de turno un poco deplorable y con un sentido muy rígido, sin ánimos de complacer a las peticiones de sus clientes, situación que se obvia con la gran calidad de la comida ofrecida.
