For starters, the restaurant, tucked away in a spot I would have never discovered on my own without Waze, is a true hidden gem. Though not very large, it offers a cozy yet charming ambiance that immediately makes you feel at ease. The service was consistently attentive, and the food was simply outstanding. We began with two appetizers: the tartare de res, which was perfectly prepared, and the tiradito al tamarindo, delicate and flavorful, it practically melted in your mouth. For mains, the pappardelle al ragù was rich and creamy without being overwhelming. The pork belly, OMG, was irresistibly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, paired with sides that complemented it beautifully. The corvina Popino was cooked to perfection, elevated even further by its delicious sauce. And last but not least, the entraña was savory and absolutely heavenly. I would definitely come back, the food was exceptional and worth every single penny!
