Chef Roberto his passion for food shone through in every dish that was served, and his expertise was evident in the exquisite flavors that danced on my palate throughout the meal.
The highlight of the evening was definitely the two ceviche plates that I had the pleasure of trying. Each bite was a burst of freshness and flavor, with the pulpo particularly standing out for its tenderness and perfect seasoning. The corvina was equally impressive, showcasing Chef Roberto’s skill in preparing seafood to perfection.
