Madero

The fillet of beef in pepper sauce was quite enjoyable. The service was very courteous and fast. My only suggestion is to not sit at a table in the center dining room. The atrium is nice but allows direct sunlight that makes the dining experience unpleasant.

Café Madero is impressive. Considering the neighborhood it's located in, the investment must have been astounding. It is well designed to be an informal eatery. The menu, in my opinion, is way too varied. There is way too much to choose from. I wound up trying the ceviche panameño as an appetizer. The presentation was nice but the flavor could have been better. It lacked heat and fresh lemon. The filete Madero was good but it had one flaw. They bury a whole raw garlic clove in the meat. The flavor it gives is fantastic but it never carmelizes so if you bit into it, as I did it overpowers the palate for the rest of the dish. For the money, it is a good value. I will try it out for breakfast one of these days.

En esta oportunidad fui con una amiga para ponernos al día mientras degustavamos la comida. Ella pidió pollo con hongos y yo Chicharrón otos con guacamole y pisco de gallo.

Nuevamente por Madero, porque nos gusta su comida, atención y ambiente. En esta oportunidad escogimos una sopa de lentejas y langostinos al ajilo con buen sazón.

Para comenzar el nuevo año, quede con mis Amigas en vernos para desayunar en este restaurante. El desayuno se extendió hasta el almuerzo porque la pasamos excente! entre comidas, cafés, mimosa, más comidas, postres y más Aperol. La verdad que lo disfrutamos mucho! Tanto que una de mis amigas reservo para otro grupo el dia domingo.
