La Fragata

IMO one of the better restaurants in Panama. The main cuisine, as suggested by the name, is seafood. It is a little on the expensive side but the meal was excellent. The portions generous. The service was excellent although it took a long time to serve the meal. One thing I particularly liked is that this was one of the quietist restaurants in Panama. I could easily converse with my other guests which is often not the case. I will definitely return again.

The prices are on the high side but it an excellent meal. I have eaten there in the past and will no doubt return again.

It has a very large menu although it emphasizes seafood. The food was excellent as was the service. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the restaurant. The artichoke appetizer was really very special. This was my first visit but I definitely plan to return

Desde hace muchos años asistimos a este restaurante y la experiencia siempre ha sido muy buena. Esta última vez tuvimos un incidente con unos calamares que pedimos de entrada. Sin embargo todo lo demás estuvo bien. Las entradas que recomiendo son los piquillos rellenos que son deliciosos, el pulpo a La gallega y las croquetas de bacalao. La paella es una de las mejores que he probado. La atención es excelente y tienen música en vivo que hace la velada muy agradable.

Ambiente tranquilo y agradable; la comida estuvo bastante bien y en tiempo. Los meseros muy atentos todos, recomendado para cualquier tipo ocasión .-
