I went to Ciao Bella, a restaurant located in San Francisco neighborhood, in Panama City. Localization and parking: Very well located, close to Parque Omar. As we went on an early Sunday, to have lunch, there was plenty of parking to choose from, in the same restaurant and there was available parking near by. But I am afraid that during weekdays and rush hour, there may be limited options to park.
The restaurant: not fancy and it does not remember an Italian canteen, but very warm place to have a party with friends and family.
Service: the service is one of the best in the city, people are very attentive, always on the side providing help or to take the order. The manager or someone similar is always getting around asking if everything is ok, including he suggested the entree, a "croquetas". It is like a small fried balls of cheese, meat and tuna. Not so tasteful but it was ok.
Pizza: the pizza at Ciao Bella are one of the best in Panama. I would suggest Pizza Brava & Espuma, and Stizzoli as very good options of pizza as well. We order a mix of anchovy in one half and on the other half one called "Fresca". The anchovy one is make of anchovy, of course, and musarela cheese. The "Fresca" one has musarela cheese, rucula, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and olives basically. Both of them were excellent, with a very thin crispy pizza dough. The price was around 20 USD for the bigger one. The bigger one was suited for 3 of us, with the entry.
To drink: we just had juice to drink, but the have a variety of wines and beers, but I could not comment on them. We ordered a home lemonade, sweetened with honey.
This was not my first time, and they keep up with the service and the quality of the food. So I still strongly recommend.
