Botánica Pizza (Coco del Mar)

El lugar me sorprendió, la verdad que estaba bastante estresado al llegar y ver todos los estacionamientos de la plaza llenos, pero fui correctamente guiado a los estacionamientos subterraneos y fue lo mejor, mucha disponibilidad. Al entrar al restaurante, mucha gente y buen ambiente, pero lo más Top es la decoración del lugar con muchas plantas y sonido de fuentes. La comida muy rica, probé las Botánica Wings y la opción burger week. Mi única queja es que solicité la factura fiscal para un reporte de gastos y me dijeron que está dañada la caja fiscal, lo cual no le di problema al salonero, este me ofreció enviarme la factura por whatsapp o correo y al día de hoy no lo han hecho, llamé y dicen que sigue dañada la caja, entonces me parece que el salonero mintió solo para salir del paso.

Recomendados los tortellinis de salmón y la pizza de feta y miel , el lugar es bastante íntimo sobretodo en la terraza , la atención amable.

Pedimos una ensalada de aguacate y una pizza gluten free, todo rico, volvería a probar otros platos. El ambiente es acogedor y hay bastante estacionamientos.

La pizza de queso feta con miel es espectacular. Las sangrías son normales. El lugar y ambiente es bello y la atención 10/10.

really nice place to visit. first of all we felt in love with the space and the concept. great and very friendly service. so, speaking about food: lemonade fusions: strawberry + blueberry and piña + maracuya. both are great and above expectations. when we just get in I noticed a cook preparing the pasta dough, so I was quiete excited about fresh pasta. almost impossible to get in PTY. but unfortunately on my question on variety of fresh past I was told that only cappelletti de langostino and bacon are available. very delicious though. my suggestion to add a spoon when serving them. sauce is delicious but impossible to enjoy it with the fork. i’d even add bread or something. pizza. we always it pepperoni. and by always I mean ALWAYS. pizza was tasty, but, it was slightly undercooked. we were able to see and taste the raw parts of the dough. but too hungry/lazy and o ask to change it. cheesecake. delicious. really liked the texture. however if you show on the photo that the jam/jalea viene a parte es la expectativa. because not everyone likes it ;) so it was delicious but definitely would’ve added a few more points if it was served as shown. the crust is another story. on my taste it was too thick and again slightly undercooked = you can sentir los granos de azúcar al masticar. so together with undercooked pizza and cheesecake crust the whole experience i’d say 8 out of 10.
