I am a coffee lover and athanasiou is indeed one of my favorite spots in the city. But I am quite disappointed of the portion size. I bought a sandwich in cde for about 9 usd and literally they filled it with a super thin slice of jamon cerrano and a even smaller one of cheese. Competition is high, having a fancy restaurant is not enough, service / food quality / portions and price has to follow.
