Arrogante

Arrogante has become my wife's and my favorite formal dining establishment. It is always spectacular. The food, the service, the setting are all outstanding. The pizza bite appetizer is light with the right amount of sauce, cheese and veggies. The fettuccine al limone was not heavy and quite delicious. The Corvina Fillet was cooked perfectly. Always have a great dining experience there.

This was our third visit to Arrogante, and once again, we left thoroughly impressed. Each experience here has been consistently excellent — from ambiance to service to food. The dining rooms are tastefully decorated and well-lit, with crisp white tablecloths, plush upholstered booths, and chairs that soften ambient sound, creating a comfortable and refined atmosphere. The service continues to be outstanding — a rarity in Panama these days. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. As with our previous visits, the food was spectacular. We began with the short rib arancini: crispy on the outside, cheesy and tender within, with richly flavored beef. I then had the pappardelle in a simple yet sublime pomodoro sauce — a dish I had been craving since our first visit. It did not disappoint. My wife ordered the spaghetti carbonara, which was among the best I’ve ever tasted. The sauce was perfectly creamy, with just the right amount of crisp guanciale to give it depth and texture. I also had the chicken cutlet Parmigiana — a standout. The cutlet was lightly breaded and fried to perfection, served without sauce so the crispness remained intact until the warm pomodoro and cheese were poured over at the table. Absolutely delicious. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Arrogante.

Arrogante was an immense and pleasant surprise. My wife and I went there on the spur of the moment. There is plenty of onsite parking, and valet parking is also available. The restaurant is one of the most beautifully decorated places I’ve ever been to—every detail is spectacular. The indoor dining area is quite comfortable, and the acoustics have been thoughtfully designed. The balance of echo, noise, and music created an ideal atmosphere for an enjoyable dining experience. The outdoor dining terrace is also lovely, though a bit warm for my taste. We had the good fortune of being served by a gentleman named Chris, who made our dinner even more pleasant. The primis were pappardelle al pomodoro and a salad, both of which arrived at our table without much delay. The pappardelle al pomodoro was fantastic. My main dish, beef tenderloin with pepper sauce, was expertly cooked and beautifully plated. For dessert, we enjoyed panna cotta and Nutella-filled pizza crusts—both were the perfect way to end the meal. We are already looking forward to going back.

Este restaurante acaba de abrir en Obarrio y fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de una amiga. Nos encantó! El ambiente agradable y la atención muy fina. La comida excelente y todo lo demas muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.

Ordenamos un carppacio de res de entrada muy bueno, luego una lasagna de carne, un fettucino de mariscos, un osobuco rissoto y un kids menu. Todo muy bien.
