Tony Roma's (Multiplaza)

Sadly, it was not a good experience at all. I went there with coworkers. The service was horrible and the food was even worse; I couldn't even eat it. I talked to the server, she offered me a complimentary dessert, but ONLY if I fill out a survey with EXCELLENT POINTS, said by the server. I said NO, the server left with no dessert for me. Take it from there... They took my meal off the bill, at least! If you dare to go there, stay safe and order ribs because the burger and sandwiches are not a good option.

Es un restaurante con buen ambiente y que se puede cenar tranquilamente (al menos en día de semana). Comida excelente: delicioso el onion loaf, muy buenas las short ribs y el chicken Alfredo, muy recomendado; pero el té frío que pedí no me gustó mucho, ya que estaba aguado. Servicio excelente también. Volvería para probar otros platos.

El menú es pequeño (pocas opciones), pero la comida es rica y el servicio fue muy amable. Recomiendo las margaritas y los aros de cebolla.

Una buena opción si están en Multiplaza con toda la familia. Los cócteles son muy buenos y tengo entendido que las costillas también. El servicio es un poco lento pero los meseros son amables.

Excelente atención. Todo el personal muy atento y amable desde la llegada hasta retirarse. Entrada muy buena y abundante (suficiente para ser un plato completo), costillas exquisitas; los calamari rings muy buenos. Sin queja alguna. Todo de verdad muy bueno.
