Food is delicious, service is excellent! This has become my favorite Asian restaurant in PTY and I’m an Asian. Highly recommended!

Good selection of food and great service. We're regular customers there. It gets very busy on weekends and football matches nights so prepare to wait for your food for a little longer than usual.

Food was surprisingly good but the service was the worst I've experienced in the past 3 years. I gave 2 stars because there were 2 people which were good but the other 2 were not pleasant at all. I'll try the other 2 Tsugoi branches in the future but am not planning to come back to this one. (We had Pad Thai mixto, Ebi rolls and Unagi rolls. We loved the Pad Thai)

Our cocktail, margarita maraguya, were very salty, from the edge of the glass to its bottom were full of salt. I mentioned it to the waitress with a smile in my lousy Spanish. She replied, but you finished it. I couldn't reply in Spanish but I told her, in English, I finished it because I didn't want to waste it and I'm not asking any compensation but I need to tell you so your bar tender will be more careful next time.

This was my 2nd time to this restaurant. Food was still good but a bit disappointing this time. We had KFC both times but this time we felt like we wasted money on this dish. There was a lot of coatings but hardly any cauliflower.

When it's busy, the service went downhill. We ordered something but it never came. Our waiter had so much to do but he didn't get much help from others. My son fell asleep so didn't touch his food. We asked for rake away but the food never came to us.
