Amazing food and great service! Not our first time here, we always loved it here. Previous time I'd give the food 4/5, because some plates were perfect and some were above mediocre. This time we had 4 appetizers and 2 main dishes and everything was excellent. Highly recommend.
The food was overall good. But you can get better Japanese for the same price at other restaurants. The ambiance is really nice and service was actually great.
Food is surprisingly decent for a chain. Mostly you come for the show which was ok, especially when you're coming with friends that never experienced it. The difference between a more expensive cut of beef filet and the same was not noticeable, it's not worth the extra. Stay away from the sushi, that is not their strong side. Overall a nice dinner, but for $250 for 4 people I think you can have much better restaurant experiences in Panama.
Great experience. We had 3 appetizers, which were ceviche and shrimp cocktail were amazing, you would come back just for those, and then the tuna was ok, for me too sweet and the sauce was overpowering the fish, but it was still good. The mains we've got the steak with pepper sauce and fries, which was really good. Steak was the proper medium rare, the fries were homemade and the sauce really tasty. The only thing from the menu that disappointed us was the shrimp bugatini, we didn't even finish those. It just packed flavor compared to all of the other dishes. If it weren't for this plate, I would give the food 5 stars.
It was a shame we didn't get to try the seafood tower since they didn't have oysters and they didn't want us to change the oysters for something else. But we will come back for that, because overall it is an amazing restaurant. Service was top notch as well.
Great ambiance, amazing food. Some of the rolls were to flavored and overpowered the taste of the fish (the sweet ones). Nigiris was the best part of the menu, good selection of high end fish, some of them pricey but worth it. Cocktails were amazing and only 6 bucks. We've had decent amount of sushi, plus some dumplings and cocktails for two people and the bill was around 150 bucks. We will definitely come back.
We went for the Valentine's day menu. Service was excellent, ambiance as well. The food was good, but not excellent. Oysters were a bit fishy, but overall great flavor.
Cheese fondue was good, although the fake truffle oil was really strong, maybe better to avoid or use real truffles. Also it didn't stay creamy for long and solidified quite quickly.
The lamb was really good, 8.5/10. The local lobster was probably the best one I had in Panama, that was probably the highlight of the meal. Of course it's not Maine lobster, but for the local one it was really amazing.
We ordered additional escargots as well. Those were nice, too spinache-y for me, the spinach was maybe too overpowering, but overall great.
The dessert was one of the best I've had in a while. Not too overly sweet and a great flavor combo.
The staff was 10/10 for sure, amazing service.
Most of the time the food is amazing here. Roasted duck lychee curry was perfect and the crying tiger beef was great too (even when they overcooked the steak to like medium-well when I asked for medium rare). Ceviche tasted a little fishy, I don't think it was fresh from that day, but it was ok. Other appetizers were good.
Great food and ambiance. One of the best pizza places in the city. We go there quite often and have never been disappointed. English speaking staff is also great.
Great bar food, especially amazing wings. You can play pool, they have a great bartender and original house cocktails, also very good craft beer on tap. Really nice little sports bar hidden in the Hilton on the floor L2.
