The Bench Steakhouse (Av Balboa)

Desde el inicio la atención fue muy agradable. Los platos muy bien servidos. El filete rib eye muy tierno y de exquisito sabor. Los langostinos excelentes. Es un lugar acogedor para pasarlo en familia. Definitivamente volveremos!

This is currently my favorite restaurant in Panama. The ambiance is so welcoming and warm that it feels like I'm visiting a friend's house or family, there is music in the background but you can always carry a conversation, it has adequate decoration elements of South Africa that spark conversation and the owners are always around greeting and caring for all their tables. The service is very good, waitresses know the menu, know the customers and are vigilant for your needs, always a smile and good timing between order and food arrival. Now food, Southafrican and more known dishes are available, great permanent offers in burgers and pizzas on certain days and definitely great taste, size and presentation. Again, I can't think of a better ambiance, service, and quality combination offering in Panama for your everyday, cozy, frequent favorite restaurant in the city.

muy buena la comida, excelente servicio no dejen de probar el dry edge T bone steak, les va a encantar!!

Una experiencia culinaria inolvidable Tuve el placer de visitar este restaurante de comida africana y estuvo excelente de principio a fin. El ambiente es tranquilo. Cada plato que probamos estaba lleno de sabor, especialmente el bobotie y sosaties — ¡simplemente deliciosos! El servicio fue maravilloso, Noemí fue muy atenta y amable, siempre dispuestos a explicar los platos y recomendarnos los típicos. Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para descubrir nuevos sabores y disfrutar de una cocina auténtica. ¡Volveremos pronto!
