Texas de Brazil

Excelente experiencia en Texas de Brazil. La calidad de las carnes es impresionante, siempre bien preparadas y servidas en el punto justo. El salad bar es muy completo, con opciones frescas y variadas. El servicio es atento y rápido; los meseros están pendientes sin ser invasivos. El ambiente es elegante pero cómodo, ideal tanto para una cena especial como para una reunión con amigos. ¡Definitivamente un lugar para repetir!

Vinimos Por segunda vez a ver si mejoraban. Nos tuvieron esperando por 30 minutos hasta que nos dieron una mesa en el sector VIP el cual estaba vacío. Lo podían haber hecho media hora antes. En este salón el aire estaba tan frío que cenamos en 15 minutos y nos fuimos. Nos trajeron la cuenta mal , ya que facturaron a 2 niños de 7 años como adultos. El famoso “juega vivo” . Un desastre , no vuelvo mas nunca.

El lugar se muestra sumamente acogedor, las caipirinhas están deliciosas. Los cortes de carne, variados, pero creo que aun pueden ampliar. Es bastante difìcil complacer todos los gustos sobretodo si te gusta más la carne muy cocida, ya que predomina el 3/4. La atención regular, fui en un grupo que muchas nunca habían ido a un restaurante de este tipo y al inicio el señor no explicó lo del verde/rojo, de modo que el que servía le pasó de largo y luego casi que la regañó diciéndole a la señora que si lo tenía en rojo el no le servía. Está ok, la explicación pero con sutileza porque el anfitrión omitió este detalle. El chico de los postres ofreció un pecan pie caliente con helado y el dulce estaba frío, le cambia el sabor por completo. El de forma muy jocosa se hizo el loco al comentario, y tampoco ofreció disculpas o resarcir el error. Yo volvería y lo recomiendo a pesar de los detallitos estos.

Food is awesome, I am a fan and customer who has visited over 5 of their restaurants including the one in NY and in Chicago, I moved back to Panama and I have been in this restaurant at least 6 times, but a couple of weeks ago I had the worst experience ever, in Google, DeGusta and in their own website it says the close at 10PM, I drive from the Tocumen Airport directly to the restaurant in Pacific Center (20-25 minutes drive in highway) and when I come in, the lady in the lobby/reception area states they are closed, it is 9:25PM, so I asked her, if they don’t close at 10PM anymore (besides the restaurant was obviously open, because I opened the door and entered), and she says: “the kitchen is already closed” and I see the guys serving meat as it happens in a rodizio where I know there is plenty of meat, food, the salad bar is still open, so it is confusing for me and my wise to understand what is going on. so I nicely ask her if I can talk to a supervisor to understand why this is happening and why did the schedule change and apparently this reception lady is now kind of more willing to let us in, however she tell us this with notorious bad attitude “you can pay this, but it is a large amount of money for 30 minutes and you don’t want to spend your money on just 30 minutes and they will take away the salad bar 15 minutes before 10pm”. This is just unacceptable, measuring how much money I should spend or not in a restaurant, not sure how can She assume or infer all these things, so wrong in many levels. This is not customer service, this is not willing to work, this is just a real horrible experience. I still hasn’t come back to the restaurant again, I don’t really feel like I should, however food is really good, and even though after this episode I visited my family in NY and we went to the branch in Yonkers, NY :) PS: We ate that day in 27 minutes, dessert included, we destroyed those Brazilian dishes! we ate them all!

Excelentes cortes de carne, el pollo con queso parmesano estaba riquisimo, para que cada espadero pase con diferentes cortes les toma tiempo fue 14 de febrero y estaba lleno imagino fue por eso, pedi una copa de sangria y estaba divina, la comida delicoso volveria a ir encantada, lo unico que no me gusto fue el cordero pero el resto todo riquisimo
