I enjoyed the meats of this location more than the US locations that I frequent! The hostesses were fantastic and friendly. The service by the gauchos serving the meat, was amazing. that’s were the service stopped. I was surprised that for such an expensive and high end restaurant, the wait staff were so untrained. Our table ordered sparking water and then planned to order cocktails, followed by wine, but the server never returned to take a drink order until long into our dinner. By that point we no longer wanted drinks. I asked for clean plates, and had to go and get them from the salad bar for our table, because it was taking so long. Twice we had to flag down a server for more pan de queso and for more sparkling water. I will return for the food, but go with zero expectations of top service. Maybe it was an off night.
