Sugoi (El Cangrejo)

Fuimos a la sucursal de El Cangrejo. El ambiente fue ameno, buena música, no estaba tan lleno. Nos atendieron bien. Las mesas muy limpias. Pedimos unas brochetas de salmón como entrada y estaban ricas. Los platos principales y las bebidas también estaban buenos. Buen sitio para comer y compartir.

Uno de los mejores sushi’s de Panamá, económicamente accesibles y de muy buena calidad, recomiendo el Kunfú Panda y de beber la limonada con hierbabuena, muy buena atención de parte del personal!!

We only ordered the Sushi Rolls because we believe they are the best... We order without cream cheese as that makes it more authentic. I don't understand the Panamanian preference for cream cheese in sushi!! Tsugoi has a great selection of rolls. Also some excellent traditional miso. This is not fast food sushi (which is prevalent in Panama). It is beautiful to look at (as sushi is an art form as well as a meal) and it is very tasty. I only order sushi here, but my family might try another japanese meal. I am a bit more traditional in my Japanese meal choices and there are other restaurants in Panama which focus on the preparation of traditional Japanese food. But for sushi-- Tsugoi is the best!!
