Normally my regular go to restaurant for lunch and has been pretty good over the years , but the last time we went I was incredibly disappointed. The starter ,Bao, was not prepared answer just had a crusty type bread, asked the waiter to change it and what they sent back was an absolute disgrace, just a prawn in a Bao wrap , no garnish or anything ( I guess the chef was angry) but we didn't say anything as you never know what is going to happen to the food next. Main course was ok , Then the bill came, paid with card, and afterwards I saw that they had added a tip ( which I never authorised)I complained to the waiter and they reimbursed that. How many other people have they done this fraudulent transaction too. I raised my issues with their head office and they promised to address at senior level , They then said that the waiter had discussed the tip with me, untrue, then they said is was a language problem, untrue, Then they said my partner had confirmed the tip and again completely untrue and a just a bunch of lies and the lies kept coming. It is not the money ,it is the principle of a fraudulent transaction. And yes the waiter is still working there so check your bills
Normalmente es mi restaurante habitual para almorzar y ha sido bastante bueno a lo largo de los años, pero la última vez que fuimos me decepcionó increíblemente. El entrante, Bao, no estaba preparado respuesta sólo tenía un pan crujiente tipo, pidió al camarero para cambiarlo y lo que enviaron de vuelta era una vergüenza absoluta, sólo una gamba en una envoltura Bao, sin guarnición ni nada (supongo que el chef estaba enojado), pero no dijimos nada ya que nunca se sabe lo que va a pasar con la comida después. El plato principal estaba bien, luego llegó la cuenta, pagué con tarjeta, y después vi que habían añadido una propina (que yo nunca autoricé) me quejé al camarero y me la reembolsaron. ¿A cuántas personas más han hecho esta transacción fraudulenta? Luego dijeron que el camarero había discutido la propina conmigo, lo que es falso, luego dijeron que era un problema de idioma, lo que es falso, luego dijeron que mi pareja había confirmado la propina, lo que es completamente falso y un montón de mentiras, y las mentiras siguieron. No es el dinero, es el principio de una transacción fraudulenta. Y sí, el camarero sigue trabajando allí, así que comprueba tus facturas.
