I believe this is one of the best restaurants in the city. we went in December for dinner to celebrate my birthday with some extended family members which was excellent and this time, just the wife and I went for a Saturday lunch date while our son went to the movies with friends.
Parking is no issue as they can use an additional lot in addition to what they have on their property. The great service starts at that point. with a very pleasant and friendly attendant help us park and opened the entrance door for us and we were greeted at the maitre d table by more pleasant staff, eager to help us get seated.They offer a high quality menu of seafood, meats, appetizers, wines and deserts. We went with their hamburger options - the wife had the Melt version and I had the Wagyu - both were excellent, cooked to perfection.
We topped it off with a brownie a la mode, which was amazing, with the warm, perfectly textured brownie housing a smooth melted chocolate center, topped with a ball of creamy vanilla ice cream. A great, tasty lunch on a warm Saturday. The only element that wasn't ideal is that it gets very loud as the acoustics of the space is not great. They try to dampen it with egg cartons in the ceiling, however, when the place is full, as it was during our visit, you have to raise your voice for your table mates to hear you clearly. One could say the benefit of that is it helps you pay attention to each other.
Overall, this is an excellent dining option that you are just about guaranteed to enjoy.
