We used to like your restaurant, but because the such bad experience we had this last Sunday, we won´t return ever again. Our reservation was confirmed for 2:15 p. m. We were sat at a table about an hour later.
The food took forever to arrive to the table. We ordered the following: Pkhali, for appetizer; and then, as a main courses Qartuli Salati, Ojakhuri and Kebab, with the idea to eat these three together.
They brought the salad and the potatoes first; then the Pkhali. So we eat potatoes and salad, without the meat, because at this point we were starving.
We had to remind the waiter that we had ordered a kebab (price $14.00) Instead, he brought the Misvadi: 5 sad pieces of pork meat, burned, dry, and full of chewy fat. We paid $18.00 for that.
The whole lunch was a dissapointment. We feel that we did not received a meal worth of the $82,50 we paid ($41,25 per person)
It is true, the restaurant was full. There were a couple of big tables. Neverheless, this is not an excuse for such bad experience on Sunday.
Honestly, we are still very upset about the whole experience at Lamro on Sunday, October 27.
