Beauty and the Butcher (Casco Antiguo)

This spot has potential as the burger was quite good even reminiscent of Shack Shack. However the FOH staff taking orders need additional training on customer service. We came from NYC so maybe we have higher service standards but we almost walked out after the attitude we received from the woman taking our order (we had made an adjustment on our order that was a simply change---no cheese on one of the burgers and the cashier starting yelling at us that the order was already in). I truly hope you are able to train your staff on providing a quality guest experience as what we experienced was less than desirable.

La comida es simplemente deliciosa aunque solo sean hamburguesas! La doble hamburguesa estaba deliciosa, las curly fries me encantaron y la salsa ni se diga!! El ambiente es muy bueno y amigable. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%

Excelente ambiente , bastante agradable ...atención regular empleados distraídos con celulares mientras atienden..muy buen precio y el menú aunque limitado muy bueno

El lugar es bastante agradable, limpio y acogedor. Las hamburguesas y las curly fries son muy ricas. Buena atención y servicio.

Primera vez que voy y fue un poco decepcionante a pesar de haber escuchado buenos comentarios del mismo. Buenas fríes, eso sí.
