hermoso local, con música en vivo y excelente servicio, bueno para los drinks no tanto para comer, algo over price pero el valor agregado del local lo compensa.

Al llegar al restaurante, observamos que estaba súper lleno y el ambiente era de mucho trabajo por parte del personal que atendía. Hicimos el pedido de entradas rápido y nos trajeron las entradas bastante rápido. Sin embargo, el plato fuerte demoró demasiado. Fuimos a celebrar los 80 años de mi familiar y ya estaba incómoda por la demora para comer. El cerdo que pedí no estaba tan suave como indicaban en el menú, los chicharrones de entrada, no estaban a satisfacción. A otra persona del grupo no le gustó la comida, y pidió salmón. El pulpo estaba bien, pero no como lo esperábamos. Creo que por lo lleno que estaba el lugar, no pudimos disfrutar de una buena comida. El ambiente estuvo bien, porque tenían un grupo musical animando, y lo teníamos en frente, así que nos divertimos con la música. El personal que nos atendió no pudo hacer mejor servicio porque no se daban a basto. Al menos 4 cumpleaños se estaban celebrando esa noche con mesas bien nutridas de personas. No era fácil así.

We booked a table for 7:00 pm and the experience was unpleasant from the very beginning. As soon as we confirmed the reservation, the restaurant messaged us reminding that they closed at 8:00 pm. We acknowledged and confirmed we would arrive on time. However, they insisted again, saying we would only have 10 minutes to place our order since the kitchen was closing. When we arrived, we were greeted by the supervisor, Luis with a grey suit (the same person who had written to us), and instead of offering a warm welcome, he repeated in a rather dry tone that now we had only 5 minutes to order. At that point it became frustrating, because we already understood the situation from the start, but it was unnecessary to remind us over and over in such an unfriendly way. What is most surprising is that this attitude came from a supervisor, who should be setting the example in customer service. On a positive note, the waitresses were very kind and attentive, and the food was actually delicious. Unfortunately, the negative impression from the initial treatment overshadowed everything else. It’s a real shame that a restaurant with such strong recognition on TripAdvisor does not prioritize something as essential as customer service. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Buen ambiente, el servicio excelente, un poco alto el volumen de la música. La comida estuvo bien lograda, el bristo suave y el chimichurri, a mi gustonle falto algo adicional de aceite de oliva

Ambiente me encanta y la comida espectacular , siempre repetimos este restaurante mi favorito las Almejas y la ropa vieja z
