Pancas used to be better. The menu is reduced and more streamlined. My wife, daughter and I along with three other friends went to an early dinner on a Saturday night. I was hoping to get a whole fried corvina, but at 6:00pm they were out of whole corvina. I accepted the Pargo. It was over cooked and dry with really very little if any seasoning. The ceviche was not bad, but could have used a splash of fresh lemon juice. Overall, I was not happy at all with the meal.
