My girlfriend and I spent 3 days in Casca Viejo, and we ate at this gem of a restaurant twice. Had they been open at 8 am, I would have gone more. The pizza, especially the award-winning white pizza, could not have been better. And I'm not a white pizza fan. We spent nearly two hours there and the service couldn't have been better - they were there when we needed them yet they weren't intrusive. The limited wine list didn't matter because the wines they offered were exceptional matches and reasonably priced. Nobody goes to Panama for pizza. Until now.
