Muh Panamá

Fuimos a degustar la burger week. La recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. El pan y la carne con una textura muy buena y sabor delicioso. La atención de la mesera fue excelente.

Decidimos pasar por unos chorizos y aprovechamos el descuento de Degusta para cenar. Ordenamos las mini empanaditas, el trío de choripanes y la hamburguesa muh. Todo estuvo delicioso y fuimos bien atendidos. La verdad que el trío de choripanes es generoso y de entrada para 2 personas es una porción responsable; tomar en consideración para el plato fuerte.

Un concepto diferente para degustar cortes de carnes. El menú no es amplio, pero hay platos para todos los gustos. Mientras comes y compartes en familia, puedes aprovechar y comprar algunos cortes de carne para llevar. Lo que pedimos estuvo delicioso y todo se sentía fresco: emparedado de pernil y hamburguesa. El servicio me pareció bueno.

Straight away the restaurant has declined incredibly since the pandemic. I know it's been a long time since I've been to MUH, but as soon as I walked in a knew it wasn't going to be a good experience. The dining room was an oven. It was obvious that the staff did not arrive till 12:00pm Noon (Opening for first reservation) cause the air conditioner was just turned on. Keep in mind, MUH is known for its steaks and when we ordered our steaks, after 10 minutes we were told they one of the NY strip steaks wasn't available. So I requested another, the Vacío, and was also told it wasn't available. What was available were smaller cuts, or more expensive choices. I asked to speak with the manager/owner and he made a bunch of excuse that were out of his control. In the end i was able to get a steak that wasn't my preferred, or even third choice. It was grossly undercooked. But I wasn't going to send it back after the discusión I had with the owner. Seriously the owner did not educate the staff of the lack of selection of meats. There are so many other steak restaurants now in Panama there is no need to pay these prices for a bad experience.

Looking for Keto and low carb lunch options I wound up back at a tried and true eatery called Muh. Ordered the fresh guacamole and superb rib eye steak. I have never had a bad meal there.
