The Espárragos or Vegetales al Grill provide a tasteful twist on “eating your vegetables.” While initially tasty and craveable, texturally, the Burrata Salad just eats soft: it needs something besides the sun-dried tomatoes and arugula to wake up the overall flavor and impact. Overall the atmosphere, music, DJ and 360-panoramic views make rooftop dining a first choice for experiencing El Enemigro.
