Food is awesome, I am a fan and customer who has visited over 5 of their restaurants including the one in NY and in Chicago, I moved back to Panama and I have been in this restaurant at least 6 times, but a couple of weeks ago I had the worst experience ever, in Google, DeGusta and in their own website it says the close at 10PM, I drive from the Tocumen Airport directly to the restaurant in Pacific Center (20-25 minutes drive in highway) and when I come in, the lady in the lobby/reception area states they are closed, it is 9:25PM, so I asked her, if they don’t close at 10PM anymore (besides the restaurant was obviously open, because I opened the door and entered), and she says: “the kitchen is already closed” and I see the guys serving meat as it happens in a rodizio where I know there is plenty of meat, food, the salad bar is still open, so it is confusing for me and my wise to understand what is going on. so I nicely ask her if I can talk to a supervisor to understand why this is happening and why did the schedule change and apparently this reception lady is now kind of more willing to let us in, however she tell us this with notorious bad attitude “you can pay this, but it is a large amount of money for 30 minutes and you don’t want to spend your money on just 30 minutes and they will take away the salad bar 15 minutes before 10pm”. This is just unacceptable, measuring how much money I should spend or not in a restaurant, not sure how can She assume or infer all these things, so wrong in many levels. This is not customer service, this is not willing to work, this is just a real horrible experience. I still hasn’t come back to the restaurant again, I don’t really feel like I should, however food is really good, and even though after this episode I visited my family in NY and we went to the branch in Yonkers, NY :)
PS: We ate that day in 27 minutes, dessert included, we destroyed those Brazilian dishes! we ate them all!
Empecé a ir a este restaurante durante el inicio de la Pandemia, de hecho solía ser por delivery, había sentido cierta baja en la calidad en general, sin embargo hoy todo fue malo. Demoró más de 25 minutos la comida y habían 6 mesas ocupadas de aproximadamente 10 mesas, no estaban al 100% de aforo.
La atención de las meseras de poco ánimo y no tan servicial como solía ser, te sientes como que todo es un pesar y como que quieren que termines de comer rápido y no hay empatía.
sobre la hamburguesa, buena carne, buen tamaño pero el pan super suave y mojado en la salsa que se soltaba y no mantenía una estructura de hamburguesa. Vasos con hielo super pequeños y lo peor de todo fueron las colitas de langosta que las conocemos de cuando eran de un tamaño prudente pero hoy eran 4 unidades solamente y micro colitas, era como que eso era la ñapa de un plato principal que nunca llegó y las colitas de langosta más delgadas que un dedo meñique y a parte fría la comida, le pedimos que la calienten y no de la mejor forma la retira la mesera y al regresar estaba igual de fría. Cómo un lugar con tanto potencial puede ir decayendo tan rápidamente por tantos temas tan básicos de calidad de servicios, comida y atención a sus clientes.
Este lugar ha subido al #1 de comida mexicana auténtica en Panamá, voy con mis amigos mexicanos y me dicen que no hay Torta como esta en Panama. Sabor excelente, tremenda atención y las chelas buen frías!

Porky Lobster (Brisas del Golf)
